Design a small specialist team

Help me add only the specialist roles my current workflow actually needs.
First inspect my existing assistant, task system, and current official docs.
Do not create another coordinator or duplicate scheduler.
Propose at most three roles, each with a bounded outcome, required sources,
permissions, model/provider choice, review owner, and completion test.
Use deterministic checks for unchanged data; call a model only on relevant changes.
No paid fallback, unlimited retries, or recursive delegation.
Prepare one manual handoff. Verify execution and the artifact before scheduling it.
Do not publish, send messages, change grades, or buy services without applicable authorization.
Document the difference between configured, queued, running, and completed.
